26-11-2024: Celebration of Constitution Day -Celebration of Constitution Day -Constitution Day was celebrated centrally today under the Nehru Yuva Kendra,Jorhat and IQAC, Sarbodaya College banner centrally.The Department of Political Science was fully engaged at the programme. The faculty member Mr. Robijit Dutta as IQAC Coordinator hosted the whole programme and the faculty member Mousumi Borah as special guest of the programme delivered a great informative speech for the Students.

Faculty members performance Mrs Mousumi Borah, the faculty member of the Department ,performed as a resource person and judge in the young Artists contest for "YUVA UTSAV- India @2024 on dated 29-11-2024 organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra, Jorhat in collaboration with IQAC Sarbodaya College at Sarbodaya College campus.

02- 04- 2025 :Report on Celebration of Chatra Divos in memory of Bodofa Upendranath Brahma 2025

Date: 02-04-2025

Venue: Sarbodaya College Campus organised by IQAC Sarbodaya College.

As per the directives of the Government of Assam, "Chatra Divas" was commemorated in honor of Bodofa Upendranath Brahma on 02-04-2025, due to holiday on 31-03-2025 at Room No 2 from 12PM onwards . 

The Department of political science is fully involved at the celebration programme. The programme was hosted by IQAC coordinator Mr Robijit Dutta, Assistant professor, Department of political science.The HOD of the Department Mr Raju Saikia delivered a lecture on UP Bodofa UN Brahma. Near about 15 Students of the Department were present at the celebration programme.
